2. Table Reservations

A. Booking Process: Submitting a booking request through our website does not automatically guarantee a reservation. Your booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation phone call or a text message (SMS) from us.

B. Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing an accurate and active phone number, your name, and the correct number of guests at the time of booking.

C. Confirmation: All online reservations are subject to our confirmation. We will contact you via a phone call or text message (SMS) to the phone number you provide to confirm your booking details.

D. Late Arrivals: We kindly request that you arrive on time for your reservation. We will hold your table for a grace period of 15 minutes. If you anticipate being late, please call us to let us know. If we do not hear from you, we may have to release your table to other guests after this period.

E. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your reservation, we request that you inform us by phone at your earliest convenience, preferably at least 2-3 hours in advance. This allows us to manage our seating and offer the table to other patrons.

F. Large Groups: For parties of 10 or more, we recommend contacting the restaurant directly by phone to make a reservation. Special arrangements or a deposit may be required for large group bookings.

G. Seating Requests: We will do our best to accommodate special seating requests (e.g., a specific table or area), but we cannot guarantee them. All seating is subject to availability upon your arrival.

3. Restaurant Policies

A. Dress Code: We maintain a smart casual dress code to ensure a pleasant dining experience for all our guests. Management reserves the right to refuse admission to patrons who are not appropriately dressed.

B. Conduct: We expect all guests to behave in a respectful and orderly manner towards other diners and our staff. Any form of harassment or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to ask individuals to leave the premises.

C. Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. The restaurant will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal items left unattended.

D. Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any individual at the management's discretion, in compliance with applicable laws.

E. Food and Allergies: Please inform your server of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before placing your order. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any dish will be completely free of allergens.
